Yeah, have i any thoughts!!!
KAR Boss actually promotes the company at every opportunity he gets,to the extent that he stated publically that he thought the shares should have been at $20.00.
I and a lot of other long term KEY holders have or are losing total confidence with the KEY Directors.
Just have a look at the current interest in KEY, not a share sold in the past 2 days and even prior to that the volumes have been pathetic.
Apart from the UK operation which is IMO marginal anyway, what progress has actually been achieved on all their other projects, stuff all???
Every time i have made contact with Ken he consistently tells me they are all working their butts off, number one priority for any public listed company is for their management to achieve shareholder wealth, this has nowhere near been achieved and whilst they maintain their current agenda of silence, they never will.
We are coming up in April next year to two years since the success of KN#1 and yet we have been given not one iota of updated progress on that well except delays by Tanzanian Government still being experienced!
And to cap it all off, we are now faced with an enormous dilution with the SPP to institutions and sophisticated investors who will flog them off at their earliest opportunity!!!
Ken stated that this would affect the directors who are also shareholders, the only difference is, us mugs actually had to pay for our holdings!
