Well, with around 10m votes between Ted and Ken and only 24m votes cast, 2.7m of which were at the chairman's discretion it would appear voter apathy won the day.
I can see my +2m no votes against resolution 1, so unless someone else here voted more than 200k to that, it is probably correct.
So Ken and Ted also voted for the remuneration report? I would have thought maybe an abstain given non-binding nature.
