the $A has slipped a little more against the euro - now 16.5 % since May.
The $A is back again to 90.5c, and silver has just slipped below $20 again.
the slightly better look in the US financially with the possibility of some "taper" in QE, and the grim outlook for aussie industries seems to be working together to bring the $A down.
the SP is still pretty good value at the moment if the HY profit results reflect all my previous comments.
