DEG- Acquiring 69% interest in a prospective Diamond exploration asset in South Africa DMY-FastBrick Robotics DTR - Announced a copper acquisition in WA EAF- Security Services company based in Perth. ERD- Cloud based E-Health app MedAdvisor ERR- Acquired DateTix. EXM- Manganese in Zambia. EXU- Exploration company with a gold project in WA. EXE- The Gruden Group (TGG). TGG is comprised of a number of private companies specialising in fully integrated e-commerce and m-commerce point of sale applications and digital marketing services. FOT- Mpire Media. Same head honcho as DCC GAL- Galicia to Acquire Technology Company TV2U GLN- Myostin Therapeutics INT- a large New York online marketplace for luxury goods. ICX- Cloud based education, training, induction and video content platform. IGS- Medicinal cannabis in Uruguay IMI- Terminated a data center transaction for the second time. Currently going to market for funds. LGO- has acquired a 5% stake in Starlogic a USA based company. Starlogik has invented the first completely free and sustainable cellular offering targeting the 1 billion prepaid subscribers with zero or low credit and the 3 billion people who still cannot afford access to wireless service. Starlogik proposes to connect these potential customers with zero carrier investment, leveraging existing network assets. MOO- ShareRoot MOU- LiveTiles, New York based software company MSC- US based gaming App- Megastar Millionaire ODN- The Hemp Corporation, based in WA. PRA - Thred "unified social messaging app" that isn't released yet and no one's heard of. RAF- Nano tech for clean water projects and a financial services company in Hong Kong RLC- New Gold Project. RSL- Termination of agreement to acquire Sugar Dragon due to upset shareholders. SWR- Romio- Social media crowd-sourced review and recommendations provider. Fosters are leading the placement. SXT- Energy Retailer based in QLD. VTX- NexGen Software. WAC- Nuheara-Wearable Hearing Technology WNS- Online travel portal in Malaysia. Being taken over by the company that accounted for 90% of their revenue. ZMG- Pixie Entertainment who run two nightlife and clubbing outlets in Malaysia….Oh dear…desperate shell? ZTA- Announced potential acquisition of onshore Oil and Gas in Romania, there could be more to come IMO

Annc’d on 1/7/15 DVI Increases to 50% Ownership of FSA KRB- tungsten project in the New England tablelands west of Tenterfield. LBY- Cirrus Networks. IT systems LCD- Yatango brand- Consumer services NOR- Norwood Systems CZL –Zinc project acquisition in Mexico PXR- Workforce productivity platform RAP-(NLS)- ResApp Diagnostics SWW- Investor relations smartphone app SBN- invested in a phase 2 ready biotech targeting chronic kidney disease. They already have investments in the tech accelerator program and the saliva drug test. SOO- are about to re-list with a clean tech takeover SOR- early stage Memory Technology Computer Chips, but still in resources TOM- Tomizone WiFi for large venues.
