I don't understand the reasoning behind the existence of the universe being dependent on the presence of observers. If for some reason I was never born - which in my case was a close call - the universe would still have existed
Now extend that principle to all observers.
If the existence of the universe depends on observers then it could not have existed before the existence of observers, which precludes the arrival of observers.
Any ideas, hopefully at a greater depth than some eternal intelligent designer did it?
