Epee - thanks for your ideas - I do wonder too - if they have spare capacity - maybe the under cut other options, dollars and thin margin better than no profit at all.
It's great to see a company try and help keep another business afloat (Arrium) - of course it's mutually beneficial (if they are still doing it- I thought Arrium also closed some mines).

Question to all -

1) anyone going to QUB AGM - I assume you just turn up - don't need to RSVP? I've never been to you, should be interesting....

2) given QUBE is about a $2.4B company and taking over portion of Asciano - I assume the ports (AFR suggests $3B and more than double size of the company) - they have about $400M in cash and debt facility - how much would they need to raise do you think?
It's relevant because I want to buy more shares (have to reach my target holding and I think the SP will go up), but if they issue a 1:1 capital raising they will effectively double my holding.
