Read the AR. Yes, all 132 pages.
If you're not impressed that this company is worth a punt (as all investments are punts), then I will be surprised.
Their view of the future is an excellent display of strategic thinking e.g., Moorebank, Tonen JV, Quattro, etc. Also, how they worked with Atlas to vary contractual terms to assist that client is businesslike but, simultaneously, absolutely admirable. On top of that, they have the financial clout and the foresight of future financial needs to see the objectives come to fruition.
If I sound bullish on QUB, there is good reason. The only query of mine is that the timeframe for some of these ventures is one to two years in the making and this might not match all investor timeframes...but, if the price is right??? Cheers & DYOR.

PS - Also the annual report is very well written so their communication skills are well developed. Judge for yourself.
