And what do you suggest we should do with the Executives of Public companies who paint an overly rosy picture of their company, when it turns out later that their rosy picture was inaccurate.
I see you are pretty keen to see me hang for posting what has turned out to be accurate information on Commander, yet you make no mention of the Commander Executive team, who have now issued four profit downgrades on the trot.
You can sleep easy, I have not traded Commander shares, so there is no issue for me, with regard to Insider Trading.
Now perhaps you can re-focus your attention on the Executive Team at Commander and stop shooting the messenger.
As for skiteing about having insider information, I would skite if I had good information about a public company who was on the rise. This is little skiteing to be done, when you have great information about a public company on the way down. I derive no pleasure from seeing people loose their money in public companies like Commander.
