IF governments wanted to make franking credit stealing and negative gearing reductions they should impose CAPS
Grandfathering , sectional quarantines etc are discriminatory....UNFAIR...
So a more fairer unfairer system would be CAPS....
Cap the franking credits at $15,000 per person total per year...or whatever
Cap NG to a maximum of $15,000 per property per year total...or whatever
The govt is still be stealing unfairly from its citizens but its at least fairer for ALL as ALL are affected ....
