Labor Party leader Bill Shorten has proposed that those in receipt of a full or part age pension or any other Centrelink income stream will be excluded assuming the payment was being received before March 28, 2018. The proposal – and I remind you that it's not law yet – does not exclude those in account-based pension phase, so don't get your pension descriptions mixed up.
