Don't think luck has a lot to do with it, I try to stick to the information provided when I post. Considering there is a known resource, previously mined, with good quality diamonds (well above avg price world wide). How after 10 years with the same board/management in place, they have no current plan, no workforce, no money, no profitable mine (this is not my imagination) The two constants over this time is the board and failure. What have they done in this time to suggest they can make it work? Put in place a board and management that is competent in diamond mining/process and marketing and you may have a chance to make this work. It is not the time for patience that will only get you more of the same, time for actual change.
