I think it's a new buyer UAO. There has been no announcement to say any existing substaintial holders are selling, and I wouldn't think they would be.

If a new buyer, I think they only have to disclose once they hit 5%. Assuming that level is 10M volume, then that has been achieved over the passed 2 weeks, so maybe an announcement soon.

Let's hope it's another insto being forced to buy on market.
