There were rumours 7-8 months ago about Polish government mining our sites, Which would mean no Licence being granted etc. Someone posted more recent articles from Poland, you had to put into translator but they were hinting at the same scenario.
I think they would be silly as state run coal mines have not worked in the past. But i think these rumours are pushing the price around.
