You're onto it. Management should just turn the place into a resort, it's so relaxed and carefree up there. Turn the BIOX tanks into the worlds biggest spa, the float cells into breeding tanks for those little fish that give you a pedicure. Employees are so chilled, they could be the resort staff.
There could be safari tours in the bogger bucket.
