I am actually one of the lucky individuals who will receive the placement stock at 10c per share. I can confirm that you are spot on. This share price is indeed being 'groomed' by Azure prior to the placement shares hitting the market. And apparently there's much more 'grooming' to come!
I can assure you that these placement shares are falling into strong hands and I for one will be holding these for a long long time. These placement shares will buy my 17yr old daughter her first house in perth in a couple of years time.
