ROL have an NPV of $120M for their shallow manganese project on Romang, to start next year. There is a large update to the manganese project due soon, also the Romang mult-project JORC upgrade is due in Jan. Tightly-held with a large backing (Salim), and inventory/assets/cash (owned rigs), de-risks the company. Screaming buy!
