These types of business separations/divorces usually spell death for shareholders. Hidden trade creditors, cross guarantees, etc.
Financial disclosure, historic and current, goes to integrity and quality of OTR management. We can all make up our minds on this.
There's a very high probabilty that OTR will file for VA, imo.
