If it is to do with RCR and PLS then both companies RCR worked with last time have had recent changes.
Minnovo was acquired last January by a South African firm, DRA

The other one, Primero listed in the ASX last July and is the company the Australian Financial Review rumoured was going to be taken over by NRW (31/01/19) here’s the story again. Both companies announced the rumours were false
