Hi Pioupiou thank you for sharing your vocabulary along with everything else .
At the Macquarie Conference in May 2017, (it did not present in 2018) RCR said it had had 700 enquiries about the Helix dumpers but since then I don’t think any orders have been announced.
Here’s a picture from that presentation

If Rio ever intends to convert to them it does not seem to be doing it just yet :

(Just ordinary-looking ore carriers in the video in this story from 28/12/2018 ).
Meanwhile Mineral Resources gives an example of competing technology with its BOTS system http://www.mineralresources.com.au/innovation-centre/innovation-centre-bots.html
Video of it at this link http://www.mineralresources.com.au/investors-and-media/news/183-bulk-ore-shuttle-system-boss.html
In terms of alternative technologies and ‘future proofing’ ( which I am sure NRW Management strategically considered) I am also curious about how the divsion is placed to integrate 3D printing and/or other advances (if such things are applicable) .
I had shares in a Perth-based 3D technology company called A3D a few years back when I first decided to ‘hobby trade’ whilst watching NRW (although clearly my subconscious had no grasp of the second word as I was doubly transfixed when it flew like a bird and as it crashed back to earth). Anyway I took another look at it and saw both Fortescue and Worley Parsons are interested in the technology although it is not doing very well price-wise at the moment.
Meanwhile as @pbawley queried on the ‘bullish’ thread, what is included in the ‘mining division right now - regardless of future contracts or technologies?
...The boiler-making division was sold to The Environmental Group (EGL) https://hotcopper.com.au/documentdownload?id=uOMxKKzFkiWRTLKhOROKAxjvSDYL4gy6wBH+v+V67bFiGug=
.... And I still have not got as far as discovering what ‘heat treatment’ is (although I am certain it has nothing to do with hot stone massages or dencorub).
But the fact RCR’s WA mining team has specialist skills and liaisons with PLS , the majors and more possibly means that even if all else is valueless the NRW machine is now not only finely tuned but ‘turbo-charged ‘ giving us more likelihood of winning the Stage Two at PLS and possibly Altura and much more ?
