Diversified engineering and infrastructure company RCR Tomlinson Ltd (ASX: RCR), is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a contract valued at approximately $33 million to design, manufacture and construct a 5km relocatable conveyor system for Fortescue Metals Group (“Fortescue”.
This project is the first to emerge under an innovation and development Memorandum of Understanding ‘MOU’ between RCR and Fortescue, targeted at identifying improved productivity and efficiency initiatives across Fortescue’s iron ore operations.

RCR COMMENCES PILGANGOORA LITHIUM-TANTALUM PROJECT
RCR Tomlinson Ltd (ASX: RCR) is pleased to announce that it has received a notice to proceed from Pilbara Minerals Limited (ASX: PLS) for the construction of the 2Mtpa processing plant at the Pilgangoora Lithium-Tantalum Mine.
As announced on 18 January 2017, RCR’s Engineering, Procurement and Construction (“EPC” contract with Pilbara Minerals, valued at approximately $148 million was awarded in two stages with stage 2 construction works subject to Pilbara Minerals completing its final investment decision.
With front-end engineering and design (stage 1) already complete, construction work (stage 2) will commence immediately”.

RCR AWARDED $100M IN NEW CONTRACTS
Diversified engineering and infrastructure company RCR Tomlinson Ltd (ASX: RCR) is pleased to announce that a number of new contracts have recently been secured. The combined value of these contracts is approximately $100 million.
Sydney Northwest Rail Project - A contract with Alstom for signalling and communications installation works on the Sydney Metro Northwest Project in Sydney, which is stage 1 of Sydney Metro. RCR’s scope of work covers installation of cables and signalling equipment for the entire length of the Sydney Metro Northwest line, including stabling yard, skytrain and the upgrade of the existing rail tunnels between Epping to Chatswood.
Energy Projects – Three new contracts for RCR’s proprietary boilers, including a 10MW steam boiler fired on mixed wood biomass fuels complete with related ancillary plant for Red Stag Timber in New Zealand, a 20MW steam- powered boiler for New Zealand based Mataura Valley Milk Limited and a 120tph multi-fuel boiler for a Petrochemical Plant in Indonesia.
Facilities Management - A three year contract extension to deliver facilities management services at the Wollongong Universities Innovation Campus in NSW.”

RCR EXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT FOR HELIX DUMPER WAGON AND UNLOADING SOLUTION
Diversified engineering and infrastructure company RCR Tomlinson Ltd (ASX: RCR), is pleased to announce that it has reached agreement on the principal terms of an exclusive licencing arrangement with Kiruna Wagon AB (“Kiruna Wagon” for the Helix Dumper Wagon and Unloading Station as well as other associated rail wagon technologies.
The Helix Dumper, originally developed for the iron ore industry, is a complete rail car unloading solution which has been designed and built for continuous rolling discharge of bulk commodities.
Subject to completion of a binding contract for the exclusive licence (“Licencing Agreement”, RCR will have access to Kiruna Wagon’s wagon and unloading technologies for an initial term of 10 years with a right to extend for an additional 10 years. RCR plans to manufacture, assemble and distribute the Helix Dumper Wagon and Helix Dumper Unloading Station throughout Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.
RCR and Kiruna Wagon have identified and commenced working on bid strategies to supply the Helix Dumper solution to a number of customers.”

RCR AWARDED $170M IN NEW CONTRACTS
Diversified engineering and infrastructure company RCR Tomlinson Ltd (ASX: RCR) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded contracts with a combined value of approximately $170 million. These include:
Visionstream
RCR’s HVAC business operated by Haden has been awarded a contract with Visionstream Australia to supply HVAC maintenance services to more than 40,000 facilities and network assets across Australia. The five year contract is estimated at $50 million.
Additional Contract Wins Include:
A new five year agreement with a major NSW utility provider for the provision of maintenance and shutdown services. The contract extends RCR’s services and includes an option for a further two years.
A contract with Sydney Water for a major upgrade to the Picton Recycled Water Treatment Plant. The project scope includes construction of new inlet works, biological process tanks and associated infrastructure.
Rail and other contracts with BHP Billiton for rail signalling upgrade works at the Nelson Point train unloading station, supply of a cooling system for the Mooka ore car repair workshop in Port Hedland and a 5 year maintenance agreement for apron feeders across BHP’siron ore operations across Western Australia.”
