“CONTRACT SUMMARY
The scope of works includes:

• Twin bored tunnels, each 7.3km length and up to 35 metres below ground level
• Dive structures, 260 metres long and 22 metres wide
• Cross passages
• Emergency egress shafts
• Rail, overhead traction systems and signaling
• Maintenance period of 10 years on rail infrastructure including the tracks, overhead lines and the tunnel
• Construction of three stations”

“10 YEAR MAINTENANCE PERIOD

Following construction, the Joint Venture will maintain the rail infrastructure including the tracks, overhead lines and the tunnel, for 10 years beyond project completion.

The award of the Company’s first metro rail project aligns with NRW’s diversification strategy into the urban infrastructure space, building on previous work undertaken for government infrastructure clients such as Main Roads Western Australia.”
