CORRECTION:
The September 2017 share issue was priced at 68c per share not 65c.
It was a 44c discount to the ‘going rate’ of $1.12.
More details :
The retail offer was to raise an additional $5 million folkowing an institutional placement of $25 million (taken up by Euroz?) and the offer was so keenly sought there was a scale back :
14/09/2017 Share Purchase Plan Scaleback:
“There were a total 3,089 valid applications received, of which 88.76% applied for the maximum amount ($10,000 – 14,705 shares).”
We weren’t mugs .
That was 2,717 shareholders going for the full amount ( I checked the numbers twice here)
Which would have put an extra $27.27 million into the company coffers if it had decided to issue more shares?
