And it’s good that, if they win work with Fortescue, NRW won’t have to stump up funds . I guess FMG housing it’s workers in those seedy old villages is going to pay off for us if we get a contract .

This story from December 11 about Pindan winning the RIO village contract says :

“Rio Tinto’s preliminary funding for Koodaideri includes the first stage of the project’s accommodation camp.
According to a post on Pindan’s website, the company has almost completed the camp design and commenced refurbishing the buildings..”

So not all new!
There has been some refurbishing going on !
