Its interesting that Olivia has no facts whatsoever to back her rant. Talks about holes in the earth and an environmental impact, but I doubt she has any detailed knowledge of HFR's environmental impact study and their intentions.
Barring any more extensions, 4 more working days until HFR submit their response. The question then becomes how long until MAPAMA can deliver a verdict on the permit. How long is a piece of string...
You feel the turnaround would be reasonably swift, seeing that HFR took an extension of time to intimately deal with local authority concerns before submission..
