Sammy, theres been rumors floating for a while - in fact the directors commented that BVA could well be seen as attractive some 2 months ago.

The detail is in todays ann titled 'request for suspension' which was followed up by the Lift Capital update (its buried between the 2 other announcements today)

Dust - as for probabilities - Im not sure, as I say I'd be inclinded to think that someone has seen the Lift debacle as an opportunity to make a move. Of course theres no certainty here but BVA is an attractive TO target and therefore I do beleive that an offer will come - just a question of what level and whether its considered acceptable or not
