I'm sure that the two guys at the pointy end of Bravura, never originally intended to flog the company off at this point in time nor at this price. It would only be because they have gotten themselves into trouble, if a management buy-out was to occur at this stage. I don't think they would have bought, and suckered others into the 1-6 rights issue a year ago at 2.10 if that was the case. They have done the hard work, it's only now time to start reaping the reward.

I don't believe 1.73 is an attractive offer at all.
