$16,000,000 in convertible notes due by February and VMR getting into the action with convertible notes they have presidency over any share holder when called upon and with Don Turvey loving to issue further shares we can be sure to see the share reduce by half to 1 cents and then DON do a 10 to 1 consolidation and the a special DON TURVEY cycle will start all over again to any unlucky punters. Take it from me I lost $30,000 this year in this stock. Don't do it.
