You've missed the point.. by a long way!
Obviously we're all here playing for ourselves, that goes without saying and since you've reiterated that simple point twice I thank you for that. But posting on a stock regularly and then flipping (for around a 3 pip gain on a holding I suppose was long term- hardly worth resetting the CGT clock) to downramping once you've sold while looking to buy in lower. I would say you've put your morals in the bottom draw and just like that your credibility is lost
