In my honest opinion (IMHO), I don't think foreign buyers are in on this yet up til now.

If they were, we'd see a share price closer to 10x what we're looking at now!

Just look at Uber's recent capital raising at a 51 BILLION dollar valuation! For a company rife with regulatory problems, and plenty of other existing issues, there were plenty willing to throw in a billion for just 2% of the company.

Protean's potential is immense and could be further reaching. If we can push plenty of those 1.5kw units out into arrays, at say $4,000 a unit, with say a 60% efficiency of energy generation. There are so many coastal towns that could open up, solve future population issues, etc. etc. I can just imagine the revenue generation potential.
