If it was a cunning scheme to influence the share price in the short term, then it didn't work.

The narrative of events is unclear to me. Did Priority One use honeyed words to the TTV board, who were initially sucked in - leaving it to the CEO to investigate and take action? Then the directors got cold feet, decided to exercise their individual duty of care to TTV share holders, investigated, were alarmed, and pulled the plug?

Over at GCN you will find posters who still believe Priority One is worth some $350 million. Why? Because some as yet unnamed valuer, in an as yet unseen report, said so.
