I'd say at this point you're more likely right than wrong... so we continue to wait for their first major multi site win.

Would be interesting to hear the feedback of why they didn't get it. I wouldn't be surprised if it was just too costly an investment at this point given the software still has yet to prove itself at scale. That's a big risk for whoever jumps first. I don't doubt the software but I can understand client hesitancy in an archaic industry space to be an early adopter / software trendsetter - we've all heard stories of how bad that can go.
