Wow..the last section is the biggest give-away admission of the Junta's desire to nationalize Chatree (IMO) "including the public participation in the administration and management of Thai gold ore resources in Thailand for achieving the sustainable development in appropriate and equity manner and rendering the maximum economic returns for the country and the benefit to the state agency and the people".

Plenty of weasel words in-the-above but it's clear their aim is to enjoy the benefits of decades' gold exploration/development hard yakka by the 'falongs' while doing their utmost to avoid compensation for the expropriation..In summary theft in my opinion..I have no doubt a fair & balanced international-tribunal will penalize the unqualified inexperienced usurpers who've grabbed political-power and breaking all rules of decency to cling-on to that power..and what about that $7 million of gold-sludge we want trucked out..At the very-least some gratitude for helping the bungling authorities rescue their soccer-kids from that flooded cave..Dirty tricks aplenty..Interesting to see a brand-new H.C. account just posted on KCN forum..apparently 'no sentiment' & 'no stock held' yet very keen to attempt to spread some fear on our opponents' legal representatives. I doubt the content's honesty and will do some fact-checking anyway. Like i mentioned yesterday, we've seen the invasion of manipulative 165,000 KCN 16c sell-order being placed each morning & removed in the afternoon..repeating daily for over a week..We're well aware of the low-down tricks of our adversaries.
