Gekkko, I would also note the "arsenic/manganese poisoning" is almost an irrelevant issue in terms of the TAFTA hearing as it does not justify the invoking of s44 order to shut down and rehabilitate.  Its almost a farcical for them to investigate this issue after the event.  It simply shows a lack of fair and equitable treatment when the normal course would be to properly investigate first and then impose new safety guards (or even a fines) if justified based on the facts.

I trust our legal defence is also smart enough to draw attention to the fact that water quality in other regions of Thailand is of much poor quality than in the Phichit and Phetchabun Provinces and for that matter around Chatree.
