60m AGR shares on issue currently, much of remainder not available till performance criteria and JORC resource(s) is achieved, possibly 2-5 years for the potash.
The carnallite is also easier to mine by solution mining than the sylvinite TRH has, which is often mined directly, or so I believe.
Not sure how much difference this would make.
