I don't think the price is too bad.
Look at Indophil's recent capital raising. Was trading around 56c..capital raising at 35c for the same amount of shares on issue (1 for 1 issue). Massive dilutionary effect on existing shareholders.
Transit's capital raising is not that dilutionary.
