Nothing against Savlich but I have no history with him/her - however I do note that he/she holds Huon (which is not necessarily relevant but potentially so none the less). I use this forum to discuss stock but don't make investment decisions based on it. I do my homework and form my own opinion and then take it from there. My analysis tells me that Tassal is a good business, it is well run and profitable. Fish, like people, are subject to environmental impact and I accept that and if that occurs the SP would likely dip some - I also realise that demand for the commodity can rise and fall and that would likely cause some to sell (in haste I believe) - but I'm genuinely not concerned and am happy to hold. To each there own but that is my take.
BTW - if it was a grim as being painted then today's drop would have been more than half a percent you would think.
