It’s more like a “flue” outbreak that can kill 90% of people in a town. If u want to use that analogy.
As for the fish it is definitely something to worry about. And you can tell everyone it’s propaganda but that’s won’t change the fact that fish are dying due to the outbreak.

I don’t mean to sound harsh but maybe talk to the people who are involved with the fish and see what they say, rather than write it off as left wing extreamist propaganda.
