Why would anyone want to default on an investment which is rising in price all the time? And if they do default, TFC gets the benefit of 'free' trees rising in value. It's not as though there is a global financial crisis just now (not yet, anyway).
Amazing.
(Note: I do question TFC's tree valuation methodology - acceptable, but certainly not conservative. Regardless, the valuations are up and up.)
