I dont know what the discount rate is but I have been told that the yield they expect is much higher and that's a significant factor as they have learnt a lot from the early days but they have as yet no real data on those harvests as they are into the future. They are unlikely to show us the DCF model as it must be confidential in nature I presume.

Lordolean you are good ( my opinion) in this space - what do you think of the share price. I think its good value up to $1.80 but really I have a view that I am gambling a bit on the future yield and I am expecting an improvement without anything other than anecdotal evidence from growers that the areas look a lot better than in the past.
