In 18/06/2015 the company announced to acquire two US Pharmaceutical Partners, the announcement (P.4) says:
A total of 15.3 million shares is expected to be issued within the following time-frames and be subject to the following lock up periods:
* stock issued in July 2015 and subject to no lock up period:3.5 million
* stock issued in July 2015 and subject to lock up period of between 6 and 30 months: 9.1 million
* stock issued between September 2015 and July 2016 and subject to no lock up period: 2.7 million.
18/06 -- the shares issued was 326.98 million,( I expect the total shares issued will be 342 million = 326.98+15.3)
04/09 -- the shares issued was 327 million
now --the shares issued is 339.66 million
So, my opinion is the share price has been diluted a little bit, but I think the current SP is still quite cheap, the assets now is $ 574.523/339.66 (the shares issued now) =$1.69 book value
there will be another 2.3million shares to be issued, but as the US dollar is getting stronger when rates rise, the TFS' assets will be worth more than now, and there r some good news I expect to hear in Q2 2015, such as feed back from US market about Benzac, so I think now is a good time and right time to buy more shares in such low SP.
any opinions r welcome
