From the last shareholder thing on the AFR, David Mason owns 6.24% and is the largest shareholder. There are no other shareholders >5%, ie no other substantials. Substantial shareholders need to notify the market is they sell to <5% or change their shareholding by 1% if they are >5%. So, unless Mr Mason changes his holdings, it is unlikely anyone will know what changes might be happening. The Top 20 own 29.42% of TXN.
