For me, I keep having a read of Agents first post above. I reckon he could be well on the money.

Have a look at AUT and EKA. EKA dropped some hints of stagnating due to aranging some deals. Obviously EKA also held the acreage AUT wanted. AUT then also hinted that it was look to acquire land (or an entire company!). Bang, sure enough it happened. ANd i kicked my self for not backing the truck up and loading up on EKA. (I had a fair bit but o hindsight is always better).
IMO, we very well could have the same (or similar) thing happen again. Look at EKA, and look at SEA. A sale of EFS land will not dissapoint. IMO this is a buy for me.

I don't know how this isn't rocketing going into a potential sale (no matter how long it takes). Market is illogical, so I'm buying, and have.
