In my view no one is buying because people see a potential cash flow problem ahead. You can spend on developing exising and make $ (profit) for the based on using loans etc. But this mob keep on spending on extra things at the same time - eg Wandoo, expanding acreage (at what price no one knows)etc.
Its like they don't have advice from an accountant when they make decisions!
