    TBMK.
There is significant difference between administering igf1 or vitro nectin
    and Vitro grow,

as i understand it, it is the active parts of a variety of proteins that have been grafted onto (I think vitronectin)
    That is then applied topically.
The main backbone protein is known to be very sticky, and will thus basically stay where it is topically applied and not migrate around the body.

AT some point (if when wound healing occurs) then skin will have grown over the vitrogro, matrix (the point of the exercise)

Then, the body will move in and disassemble the vitrogro but cutting it up into bits.

Which will then leave small parts of otherwise naturally occurring proteins circulating in the blood which will get cleaned up in the usual ways.

So from my point of view, while it is relatively nice that the parent proteins igf1 and the other "active" parts of the treatment are not known to have problems, (non scary) the primary means and surety that the treatment is inherently safe is cause by the systemic way the components are delivered, such that the only way for them to go other than where applied ifs for the body to first disassemble the protein into bits.

^^^^^^^^^^ much hand waving and mumbling.

Any biochemists, feel free to make me smarter / better informed. (Id even feel grateful.)
(so would my nervous twitch, as i have gone rather long on TIS)
