Job tasks and responsibilities
These roles operate within the Tesserent Security Operations Centre providing support to our managed security services customers. Duties include trouble shooting, customer requests and performing maintenance on security services including:
web proxy services
email scanning
firewall services
secure connectivity services
Skills and experience
The roles require strong customer communications skills, reliability, and good judgement.
Technically the roles require a solid understanding of firewalls, proxy services and email scanning with the ability to configure and operate Linux based systems.
