I imagined the Atlantic coast of France and Portugal might provide optimal conditions for European customers? However a lot of them would be a long way from there....does it matter?
That is why I always felt that Ceto was a great fit for the Pacific Island States....I wonder how the swell patterns compare with southern WA (> 1 metre 100% ot the time. With that profile, "intermittency" would no longer be a stalking horse for the fossil fuel lobby)
