I had a conversation with RM this afternoon and I would just like to highlight two items from that conversation:
! As has been already been announced POH has a non-exclusive license to develop, license, market and/or sell TPM® -daptomycin against other players in that market without being hamstrung by related agreements with Mylan.
2.Anna Legg left the company of her own freewill and was not part of any cost cuttjng exercise.
