My guess is that the list is likely to contain the 4? injectables that POH has been developing in-house. The patent list certainly covers a wide range of drug types – antibiotics, chemotherapies, HIV drugs, immunosuppressants, antihypertensives, antiarrythmics, anticonvulsants, antifungals, antipsychotics, anti-anxiety drugs, hormonal treatments, bone care, Vitamin K, etc…
My further guess is that the two additional Terumo formulations are likely not in the list. My understanding from what the Company has said in the past is that the additional Terumo formulations are not injectables. What has been clearly stated is that they are for pain. There is only one pain drug I can see in the list, and it’s for migraines.
