Kiernan won't get it all his own way.
One thing to consider - prior to the 'takeover' offer Kiernan held roughly 20% of Olympia - by the end he had aquired over 60% of the stock. In essence half Olympia shareholders have formally rejected the takover, these shareholders are unlikely to sell at below 10c in the short term.
