Not sure why you seem angry at MK and TTY sandminer. If you really think that it is a disaster for TTY to buy OLY then be happy you have sold your shareholdings at a profit! and have convinced someone else to buy your troubles!
TTY has want it wants full control of OLY. It is only a start of what MK has said he wants to do.
Full ownership will happen in time and it will now probably be done at prices lower than the 10 cents.
1) Change of directors will now mean that there is no one to argue about the pricing of OLY (what TTY says the value is will be what it is in the future)
2) Reports from OLY from now on until TTY finally mops up will be more subdued and you can bet that everything will be expensed immeadiatley and revenues held off resulting as poor a financial picture as possible.
